How does parking work?
Deeded outdoor parking is self park and indoor valet right to park is available for selected units.

Yes, we are a pet friendly building.
What is included in your home owner’s dues?
The HOA includes basic cable, water, common insurance, security, exterior maintenance, garbage removal, and use of the fitness center and sky deck.
What time is the fitness room open?
The fitness room is open 24 hours; every resident has their own card.
Is there a fee to use the community/party room?
A reservation is required but there is no fee to use the party room.
How does maintenance work for the building?
We offer on-site maintenance and professional on-site management.
Can we grill on the sky deck?
Yes, we have two common grills for your convenience.
Can I have packages delivered while I’m at work?
Yes, through the management office.
How does Zip Car work?
Residents can join ZipCar and reserve the on-site car online, by the hour. Gas and insurance is included in the hourly rate.
